Formerly Alagappaa Engineering Company (AEC)
AEC was founded in 1995 by our C.E.O Mr. Visvanathan Alagappan, a technocrat pioneered in the field of design and manufacturing of fans and pollution control devices, for more than five decades.
With technical know-how acquired from Germany, Czech and Austria, AEC catered to all continuous processing industries in India and Abroad.
AEC expanded its product range through strategic association with BOLOROCCHI Italy.
AEC offered services for erection check up, pre-commissioning, commissioning of fans and blowers, servicing of fans, field performance testing of fans, Noise level survey, in-situ dynamic balancing and vibration analysis.
AEC had specialized knowledge for Servicing of “Dodge” make sleeve bearings.
Air pollution Control system namely bag Filter, cyclone separator, unit dust collector were manufactured on a turn key basis for various continuous process industries like cement, Sugar, Chemical, Power plants and similar plants catering to specific requirement and application of the customer.

Mr. V. Alagappan, Chartered Engineer who has put in service for BHEL for more than two decades, had promoted Alagappaa Engineering Company (AEC)
Mr. V. Alagappan was the head of designs of product Development – Fans & Blowers; in BHEL, extensively trained with design experience of over 2000 industrial fans.
Presently our scope has be redefined to engineering consultancy in the filed of Fans, Blowers, Noise control system, Ventilation systems and Air Pollution control systems
